Urbanistic Illumination Project

Surf Village FAST (Free Architecture Surf Terrain) on coastal Scheveningen is a place of lively diverse activites and that expresses its difference in appearance and style of the participants' units.

REFUNC could not help it to visually unite the village with illuminated re-used water tankes as soon as the sun sets or a rainy north sea depression hides the daylight.
